POSH
The Company has zero tolerance for sexual harassment at workplace and adopted a gender-neutral POSH Policy to prevent sexual harassment at workplace in line with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) and the Rules framed thereunder.
The POSH Policy and guidelines of the Company define mechanism for procedure of filing of complaints & redressal of complaints in time bound manner against sexual harassment at workplace. As preventive measures, the Company ensures deployment of the POSH Policy across organization through different mode of communications and awareness trainings to make the Company a safe place to work in.
Further, the Company is compliant of all the statutory requirements under POSH Act including formation of Internal Committees for various locations of the Company.
